Remove Member and Deactivate Workspace

Not one, not two... Well, precisely 2 new endpoints are introduced to the Admin API suit!
Now you can Remove Member from the workspace, but you can also Deactivate Workspace as well! Deactivating a workspace removes all the members and makes the workspace disappear from the workspace lists.

But that's not all. In case you need to remove a user from all their workspaces, you need their membership_id for each of the workspaces.
For List Users, you now have membership_id for each workspace this user is a member in.
