Updates in Update Quote and List Document Fields

Small "quality of life" updates that make it simpler to build on top of PandaDoc API.

List Document Fields endpoint now returns section_uuid for each field, making it easy to identify, which part of the document this field belongs to.

Update Quote endpoint now accepts text_columns in items.
